For the Dance with Sails regatta, we are proud to collaborate with JK Val Šibenik, a club with a remarkable tradition dating back to 1928. Based in Šibenik, JK Val stands out for its exceptional work in promoting sailing as both a sport and a way of life. The regatta will take us from Zadar to Šibenik and back, offering participants an opportunity to experience the beauty of the Adriatic Sea while engaging with some of the best sailors and experts in the field. Women at Helm Movement

The Women at Helm movement is a global initiative dedicated to empowering women in sailing, both as a sport and a lifestyle. At its core, the movement seeks to inspire and encourage women to take leadership roles on the water, breaking down barriers and creating opportunities in a traditionally male-dominated field.

The mission of Women at Helm is to:

• Promote inclusivity by encouraging women of all skill levels to participate in sailing, whether as skippers, crew members, or enthusiasts.
• Foster leadership by supporting women to take command and lead confidently, both on and off the water.
• Celebrate achievements of women in sailing through events, regattas, and community initiatives.
